13 First Rounders Still Available in the Second Round
Last night, 31 NFL prospects heard their names called in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
I put first-round pre-draft grades on 19 (61%) of those who heard their names called and I had second-round grades on 7 more whom were selected, which brings my overall score up to 84% (26/31) in line with actual league grading (see value board below).
Now it’s time for Day 2 of the NFL Draft, which starts at 7 p.m. EST. This will take us through the second and third rounds.
13 gems remain for the taking.
These are 13 prospects I gave pre-draft first-round grades to are still on the board (ranked in this order on First Round Mock’s First Round Value Board).
All 13 of these players consistently showed dominant, elite, difference-making traits on game film.
1. A.T. Perry, Wide Receiver, 6-foot-5, 205 pounds

True No. 1 dominant alpha-male receiver who gives off CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, Al Toon, Keyshawn Johnson, and Dez Bryant vibes.
2. Cody Mauch, LT, 6-foot-6, 303 pounds
Best and fastest footwork of any tackle in the draft.

5. Tuli Tuipulotu, EDGE, 6-foot-4, 290 pounds
A constant source of pocket disruption who led college football last season with 13.5 sacks.
6. Michael Mayer, TE, 6-foot-4, 265 pounds
Runs routes like a seasoned All-Pro.
7. Luke Musgrave, TE, 6-foot-6, 250 pounds
One of the best route running tight-ends I’ve ever seen in college.
8. Malik Cunningham, QB, 6-foot-1, 190 pounds

Had a higher QBR, completion percentage and yards-per-completion percentage than the highest paid QB in the NFL, Lamar Jackson, while they were playing at Louisville.
9. Hendon Hooker, QB, 6-foot-4, 218 pounds
Dramatically better quarterback than Anthony Richardson.
10. Keion White, EDGE, 6-foot-5, 286 pounds
White will prove to have a better NFL career than Will Anderson Jr.
11. Drew Sanders, LB, 6-foot-5, 232 pounds
Tremendous defensive value who can play inside on first and second downs and double as an elite pass rusher on third downs.
12. Darnell Washington, TE, 6-foot-7, 270 pounds

D.K.Metcalf in a tight-end’s body.
13. Matthew Bergeron, LT, 6-foot-5, 322 pounds
Built to handle today’s NFL speed rushers.
