Here are 10 Things Caleb Williams Can’t Live Without
USC quarterback (QB) Caleb Williams recently took the time to inform fans of 10 of his essentials with the help of GQ Magazine.
Keep reading to find out what allows this top prospect to function off the field.
1. Custom Beats by Dre headphones

Williams included one of his Name, Image, and Likeness partners’ products as his first essential. However, this doesn’t appear to be just another endorsement.
Included on the headphones are his signature, #13, and bronze detailing symbolic of his Heisman Trophy award. Williams has been very open about the fact he likes to paint his nails, so also featured on the inside are his initials in the shape of five fingers.
2. Supa
Williams makes it clear that his dog, Supa (after his nickname on the field, Superman) means the world to him.
“Anytime I see him, it’s a great thing to come home to and, you know, see something every single day that’s always gonna love you and give you company, and all he wants to do is cuddle.”
3. Custom Nike Football
Another one of the Trojans’ QB essentials is a football that Nike helped him design. The ball features some key phrases such as “Two-minute drive game-winner,” “17-14 USC and Oregon State,” “#FightOn,” and “#NeilonNudge” after his center last season.
4. Ginger Beer
“These beautiful, thirst-quenching drinks right here are my favorite things in the world, ” Williams says about his favorite ginger beer. He claims to drink about three Fever-Tree ginger beers daily, stating that whenever he goes home, he goes “straight to the fridge” and grabs one.
5. Passport
The 21-year-old names his passport as an additional necessity. He mentions how he just used the document to take his mom on a two-week trip to Positano, Italy.
He was in a state of euphoria while describing the Dover Sole he was served on the Amalfi Coast. Truly entranced by the meal, he refers to it as “unbelievable” as he brings himself back to the interview for his next essential.
6. Sneakers
What would an athlete be without a good pair of sneakers?
Williams goes on to name his sixth essential as his sneakers, which he describes as a “key part of [his] wardrobe.” His two favorite pairs are his silver Adidas Sambas and his Nike Cactus Plant Flea Market Dunks.
7. Trolli Gummies
Next on the list is Trolli Gummies. “Octopus is the best kind for Trollis, to be honest with you,” Williams says. He also continues describing his love for candy listing all of the locations he stores the snack. This includes a candy drawer at his apartment, in the meeting room, and a candy box that travels with the team.
8. Chrome Hearts Belt
If there’s one thing about Williams, it’s that he undoubtedly has one of the best fashion games in college football.
Another staple in the USC athlete’s life is his Chrome Hearts belt and buckle, which is all black and features crosses on it. “You know, walking out there as one might say, feel good, look good, and play good,” Williams says.
9. Goyard Pouch
#13 says his ninth necessity is his Goyard pouch. This holds everything from his Apple pen and iPad for drawing plays, chargers, keys, wallet, and writing utensils. He refers to it as his “prized possession,” claiming he hates losing things.
10. Video Games
Finally, Williams places a lot of emphasis on the essential nature of his game controller.
“I don’t wanna get all emotional over this thing…It’s something that gets me out of everything. You put on your headphones, you get in the game. Your name’s not you, and you just get out of everyday life.”
Overall, aside from being one of the top athletes in college football right now, it appears Williams isn’t much different from your average college student. The Trojan QB needs items like video games and gummy candy to feel complete, much like many other individuals his age.
